Seremban

on 29th nov 10, i went to Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.... Negeri Sembilan is one of the states in Malaysia..... Seremban is the capital city of Negeri Sembilan.... i went there just for a day.... i think, the city is not fully developed yet..... however, there are many beautiful traditional buildings around the city.... there are also many beautiful sculptures and signboards around the city....

FOR ME, the capital city of Negeri Sembilan is average... Seremban needs more beautiful buildings, sceneries, roads and also skyscrapers..... as a capital city, Seremban needs to stand on par with the capital city of Selangor, Malacca, Penang and Johor (4 developed states of Malaysia)... so, the state and the city should buck up in terms of economy to achieve all those developments...

The Biased Referee!

3 red cards and infinity yellow cards were booked to Malaysian football players during a match with China in Asian Games 2010 by an Australian referee... why..?!

unfortunately, china beat malaysia in the tough match... fortunately only 3-0... haha... malaysia played with 9 players during 1st half and 8 players in  the 2nd half... china only managed to score 2 goals (the other one was a penalty kick) ? amazing right?

dear referee, please be fair and square in your next matches... even though china was the host for the games.... you must respect ALL the teams and follow FIFA quote... "FAIR PLAY"...

Despite the fouls given by the referee, Malaysia played really well. They tried their very best to defend the goal and sometimes they managed to counter-attack.

Berjaya Times Square

Yesterday I went to Berjaya Times Square (BTS) or also known as TS, Kuala Lumpur. Actually, it's not my 1st time there but I just want to share it because I don't have any other idea on what to post. Haha.

For your info, BTS is one of the biggest building (5th) and biggest shopping complex (13th) in the world. I like the design of the building. But for me, the interior design is average. They could have done better.

During weekend especially, this shopping mall will be very packed! So, if you want to visit BTS, pick a suitable date, not end of the month of course.

Cosmo's World
In BTS, I spent my time in Cosmo's World. Cosmo's World is the largest indoor theme park in malaysia. It is also one of the largest indoor theme park in asia (based on the info which i got from the internet). I really2 enjoyed all the games provided and it was full of dizziness. LOL.

update: Cosmo's World has been renamed to Berjaya Times Square Theme Park

I Hope The Problems Involving Plaza Rakyat Will Be Solved ASAP

Develop or lose it, Plaza Rakyat contractor warned

KUALA LUMPUR: The Government will issue a warning to the contractor of Plaza Rakyat, a project that has been abandoned for 12 years, to start work soon or lose the job.

Federal Territories and Urban Well-being Minister Datuk Raja Nong Chik Raja Zainal Abidin said: "In a week or two, we will be issuing a warning to the contractor to continue the project.

"If we don't see any development in two months, then the tender awarded to the contractor will be terminated and a new one will be called," he said after giving Chinese New Year goodies to senior citizens and the disabled in Lembah Pantai parliamentary constituency here on Sunday.

Global Upline Sdn Bhd had been awarded the Plaza Rakyat contract, a mixed development project comprising three buildings for office space, condominium and a budget hotel.

Plaza Rakyat, which in Dec 1992 cost RM1.2 billion, is a joint-venture project between Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) and Plaza Rakyat Sdn Bhd (PRSB).

Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak had visited the abandoned project twice since taking over as Prime Minister in April 2009.

On compensation to tenants at Plaza Rakyat, Raja Nong Chik said the Government was not involved as it was the responsibility of the project developer.
